Issue #1 - how should the states be represented in the national legislature?

Position A - Representation in both houses should be based strictly on polulation
Position B - All states should have equal representaton in the national legislature
Position C - Eliminate boundries and create 13 new unites with equal population, each having an equal vote in the legislature.

For Position A: How can i defend this position and make it seem like the superior of the 3? Also attack both of the other 2 positions?


Issue #2 - Should slaves be counted in determining representation in the antional laegislature?

Position A - Slaves should be counted
Position B - Slaves should not be counted.

For Position A: how can i defend it? Attack position B?

All these choices are not representative of what actually happen - I find all of them as silly - what an unimaginative assignment - teach people fiction instead of the truth - there is no legitimate point to it.
