To get over laziness, you have to WANT to get over it. You have to motivate yourself into doing it, becuase no one can be with you 24/7 to keep tabs on you to make sure you do what you are suppose to do.

It takes self-discipline to get over laziness... Give your self small goals to start out with that are not unreasonable. Once you have accomplished them, start to set some goals that you have to add more responsibilities to them. It take 21 days to get into a habit and 130 to condition it.

Hope this helps you...

You have to think of something that motivates you. Are you depressed? Get out and take a walk to jump start your engines! Once you see what you can accomplish, it should be enough to keep you on track. Good luck.

lose wait and go find something to do like hang out with friends, take a walk , go to the mall, read a good book, call a friend . If you have kids go to the park with your kids and have fun while they are young.

The best way is to be clear with your goal. Try to be far sighted. Do not think about small pleasures but your ultimate goal and try to think about the consequences when you achieve it .Make a feasible time table and try to follow it strictly.
