First of all, may I ask you the following questions: Are you breastfeeding? Are you taking any medicines or pills?
If you answered yes to the above questions, it could somehow affect your montly cycle.
It is most likely that you are pregnant but we cannot discount other possibilities like hormonal changes. I suggest that you seek your OB-Gyne's advice.

dieting can cause a fluctuation in hormones (maybe I should expand on that.. lack of eating/anorexia). in addition, studies have found female athletes rarely have periods. Stress is another factor.

stress or bad diet which will cause low iron levels can cause missed or late periods but i would be checked by a doctor to see if you are pregnant firt then go from there

- significant weight loss
- stress
- sleep deprivation (may apply if you have a baby...)
- breast feeding, if you still are
- it can take several months for the period to regulate itself; probably nothing to worry about

stress is a biggy. r u breastfeeding by any chance? this could be a factor. if your 4certain that your not expecting again i would not b to worried.you may want to consult yor doc.
