If a person is in a coma. All other body function remains normal only the conscious brain does not wake up.

Menstruating is a reproductive cycle. Once the eggs cells expires it is ejected by the body as a form of red substance people used to mistake for blood in a menstrual cycle. I belive the reproductive cycle is one of the involuntary systems.

I'm not in a medical profession. But I think yes, a woman in coma wil still menstruate.

I would pressume so, because coma is a state of the brain not the body, so I would think that the body takes on its normal chores...I would think that if you can peeee in a coma you can also menstruate....good question

Absolutely - the body is not dead, therefore the functions should continue on. There have been instances (although sick and twisted) whereby women become pregnant in their comatose state. The hospital staff (male perverts, who should be castrated) have taken advantage of these women and nature takes its course.
