The only way is to get a socket from a socket set thats slightly too small and hammer it over the locking wheelnut, you stand to damage your alloy if you're not carefull but without the key you've very little choice.

Seriously.
Get or find 4 extra ordinary wheel nuts.
Get a Metric/AF/Whitworth Socket set for which you can get replacement individual sockets.
Find a socket a bit too small to fit over the "Nut" and smash it on to the wheel nut, with a short handle sledge or Lump hammer
it may well split. loosen the other wheel nuts wriggle the wheel about. energetically. Tighten the other nuts back up real tight.
Undo the "locking" nut
You will wreck the socket and probably an extension bar but with practice criminals can do this virtually silently leaving your car up on bricks..
This also works when the stupid chrome sleeve comes loose on some rover nuts and the wheel brace just turns the sleeve.

PUT a padding over the Lock Nut and make sure it is padded well. Take a pair of Vice Grips and lock it down and go for it. BE CAREFUL so you do not damage the Chrome. Roll up a small rag to use as padding. Fold it 3 to 4 times.

Dealership has a master set then order extra lock keys off of the number they give you. Or buy a new set when they remove your old locks Discount NTB, Firestone and Good Year stores should have a way to sell you new tires too!

If you go to a motor factor such as Partco, there are locking wheel nut removal sets available. Many garages have to deal with cars that have lost their locking wheel nut keys, and they use things like this from Sealey Tools.

take it to the machanic and he can mig weld a bolt onto it...you will have to buy new ones however.
or there is a socket that can be bought which is adjustable for removing stripped headed bolts...
or ask a local gang member to help...they can usually get tire off in under 30 secs...
