Try moving your alarm clock really far away from your bed so that you have to get out of bed to turn it off. You could also try going to bed really early so that you wake up on time naturally.

That's cos u really dont want to get up....;) Try going to bed earlier, put an alarm away from u so that u have to get up to turn the damn thing off. Set a phone call alarm too. Get a friend, family member to jump on u at the desired time. Have water thrown over u. There u go, there's a few choices for u.....;)

Dearest,you must understand this that there are two kinds of people[a]leapers and[b]creepers.leapers can easily wake up from sleep with not feelings of more sleep while creepers are slow to wake up.you are definitely a creeper and some basic things to do include
1. work on your mind and program it that ones you wake up you must stand and then wash your face and probably a little exercise
2. make sure you sleep early and comfortably
3.ensure you donot take sedatives and probably cafinatted coffee
4. use and alarm clock and make sure you adhere to it

same wid me 2 but i have overcum it. many ways r dere:-
1.ask ur mom to put water on u
2.work hard so that u get tired n sleep early , maybe u get up early
3. put 3-4 alarms at d gap of 2-3 min so dat u get u evry time to switch it off
4.sleep wid sum important thing in ur mind dat u r goin to do the followin day

dats all i know
well trust me all r helpful but d 4th is wat made me a 7 o clock ready gal dan a 12 o clock clumsy gal.

Go to bed earlier and shower in the morning as soon as you get out of bed -not before you go to sleep. Getting a shower will wake you up.

1-sleep early.
2- sleep on sunny room so when the sun rise the light will stimulate your melatonin so u will awake.
3- put the alarm away from your reach.

just do it you will adapt belive me ive been getting up now for six years at 4am must go work and pay bills i guess you could get a night job
