Select the image, right click on it, select copy.
now open paint(or) photoshop (or any other image editing software).open a new document.l now click 'edit>paste'. or simply press Ctrl+V it will be automatically pasted. now click 'File>save as' now in the pop up window select the format jpeg or bmp (or what else u need)...

If u cant make it out in this way...... still there is another way.
This method can be used not only for microsoft word but you can use anywhere........
Open the document in MS Word now the adjust the view such that your entire picture is seen on the screen. now press the key "Print Screen" on your key board. Now the entire screen you are seeing will be copied to your clip board.

Highlight the photo in word
Right Click and select Copy
Open Paint (yes paint!)
Click Edit -> Paste
Click SAve As -> jpg

Do you mean change it to a JPEG? Just open it up, click file, save as, and at the bottom of the save window, there is a down arrow that you click to allow you to pick whatever format you would like to save it as.

Open it and click on File.Click on save as.And when the window pops click on the second option and choose Jpeg

just cut that photo 4m word or wateva then open MSpaint n
click alt+E or simply click edit on top then click paste u'll c d image then click save button on d file menu then a save window will appear then u'll c various options on the bottom as .bmp, .jpg, .gef etc... choose .jpeg n save thats it.....

if you have Microsoft Visio, try to copy, paste the picture there. Then click on Save As, then choose JPEG format.

If you have other softwares relating to images, you can use that. Check if you can save it as JPEG.
