X, The Distillers, The Rezillos (or The Revillos, which is like the reincarnation of The Rezillos), The Avengers, The Misfits (they're so so), The Germs, The Weirdos, The Ramones, The Arctic Monkeys (I don't particularly like them, but whoever wrote that list probably would), The Hives, MAYBE Agent Orange, The Damned, The Jam, PROBABLY NOFX (Same as with arctic monkeys), Sham 69, Stiff Little Fingers, maybe even try some Korn...

I don't know how much you need... but those are the best fits I can think of.
