i have looked at many answers on many subjects and i keep finding someone has referred to the following site

have tride translating to english but can't
why do people keep referring to this site ?

I find that really annoying, they don't know the answer so they advertise a site.

basically it's spamming. It really is annoying and your joining the club by advertising it within your question. Just like chain mail.
