I have a 2006 Pontiac G6 and was having problems with the wind noise in the sunroof. I filed with the BBB Autoline, before it went to arbitration GM offered MSRP trade for my car. The dealer offered me a good deal on a new car. I just want everyone to know that you can fight the big boys and come out ok. If you are going thru something similar feel free to email me and i'll share with you what i learned during this process. Don't let General Motors or any other auto manufacturer bully you.

Look accept the offer and move up to Grand Prix with the V-8 and next time you will know sunroofs make noise in the wind. Especially three panel roofs. Lemon Law used to apply to things that kept cars from driving or reliability issues. Noise vibration or harshness most often annoying won't keep you from driving safely. I remember back in the 70's then Lemon Law first came into being. Ford GM Chrysler all had BAD CARS leaving people stranded, Repeated transmission failures Ford Thunderbird Rental fleets had 1/2 of it's cars in the shop at a time. Carburetor problems causing stalling GM and Chrysler Lightly push the gas engine would stop running and power steering would shut off those cars were so heavy they would not steer easily.

The lemon regulation covers new autos. once you've a topic with you new automobile in the twelve months or 12 miles and convey the automobile to the broking for the exact same restoration 3 cases and it won't be able to be repaired, the lemon regulation will cover it. If that's 3 diverse upkeep then it would not. The automobile then should be arbitrated and also you would possibly want to correctly be entitled to funds back and or replace.minus utilization expenses.
