i bought aqua di gio colagne for my boyfriend i asked for it from the sales assistant in my local pharmacy but when he opened it it was the ladies one what are my rights i have the reciept but that was a fortnight ago as i had it wrapped up until yesterday

Dont give up, go to the store and explain the incident just as you did to us. Tell them it was a birthday gift and that you havent used it. i am sure it will show. and be firm, and look angry, i am sure it will work out. good luck.

Simply take the product back to the store you brought it from and explain the situation, they should exchange it as you have a receipt. There should be no problems!
Problems only arise when you try to take a product back and do not have a receipt as the store does not know if the stock they are taking back is truly theres!

If the package is intact then give it a try, if it is a nice sales assistant you might be lucky, if they refuse try the tactic that they were at fault as you did ask for the mans cologne

return it to the pharmacy and have it exchanged with the right one or ask for a refund. they should do that anyway within 28 days of purchase as long as you have the complete packaging and the receipt

I would just take it back and ask to exchange it for the men's version. They should be able to do that with or without the reciept.

ermmm you could go back back and see if they will change it for you. ... seeing as it hasnt been used yet. Other than that im not sure you have any grounds. the only other thing is keep it for yourself as a treat for you and buy the mens one for your boyfriend. . who will love you anyway

u can return it aslong as its unused but if it sthe fault of the seller, then u need a receipt to excahnge or refund

They should let you excahnge it for the right one, it's usually refunds that have a time limit.

u go back to the shop, to the same lady thet gave it to you, and complain!!!! and then she sould give you the mens bottle without u aying for it!!! Giulia
