yes it is a lot of weight to loose but I can not be too serious if you are still at a good heathy weight
When on a diet where you intend to loose weight the 1st week is usually a high loss and then there after 1-2 pounds. There is an article on Diet and Weight loss in this weeks Best Magazine.
This 6 pounds you have lost is just one packet of lard off half a stone and that does not sound good if you do not need to loose it. Usually Slim people who loose weight quickly are the ones who show it.
If you maintain a healthy diet ie eating 3 meals and drinking plenty of water and are reasonably active then I would not worry too much as you are 15 and still growing and changing hormonally.
However if you are still worried and loosing weight I would paid the nurse at your doctors a visit. There very easy going in our area we were invited to have a check up with the doctor at 15. I got a letter and was scared to go but i had a nice young doctor and they tested blood pressure weight and general health he called it an MOT.
take care and drop me a line if you want to chat. Sarah

Hi yes it is especially if you are not trying to lose any the average healty weight loss when you are on a deit is 1-2lbs a week so 6lb in 2 weeks is a lot especially as its not intended. I would go and make an appoinment at you doctors as there are many illnesses that make you loss weight without knowing and dieting. You dont want to lose more weight because if you are not over weight and carry on losing this much weight in another two weeks you would of lost a stone. Go get it checked, A.S.A.P.

You are 15 and not overweight-consider yourself lucky. Some of these young girls in tight clothes and short tops in their early teens walk around with bigger bellies than I have,When I was 15, I wouldn't even get into a pool without a long tee shirt on. Take it from me, I was never fat and I didn't wear the cool clothes of the day-(the 70's, I'm talkin)and now I wish I would have had some fun with them. Be happy how you are and have fun.

WHAT you will possibly need: 2 5 pounds weights. * potential one 5 pound weight in each and every hand. in case you haven't got 2 5 pound weights attempt making use of water bottles crammed with water. work out: Stretch *20 Bench Press x3 20 squats x3 *20 ingredient arm lifts x3 20 crunches x3 20 push-united statesx3 *20 lunges x3 20 leg lifts x3 walk for 30 minutes Stretch Stretching earlier your work out enables you to not pull a muscule for the time of your work out. If you're not overweight, why do you need to lose weight? I think some people are over-obsessed with thier weight, these days!
