Meta Tags - Description & Keywords?

On the main page of my website I put Meta Tags (Description & Keywords)
I am thinking about adding the tags to all the pages in my site...my question is should I include both description & keyword tags on all the pages as well? Or just the keywords?

Put it on all pages. Also repeat your description in a file called description.txt in the root of your web server. Also repeat your description and key words as much in the text of your pages as you can.

Use both.

Make sure they're not same for every page.
