When you spin a raw egg, only the layer near the shell gets spun up too, so it doesn't store as much angular momentum as when you spin a hard boiled egg, where the entire contents have the same angular velocity. So the hard boiled egg spins longer.

It is simple to tell the difference. One is solid and one is liquid. Take one of each and lay them on a smooth flat surface, twirl or spin them each the same. The boiled egg will spin like crazy while the raw egg will make a couple of turns and stop because of the physics of the liquid yoke inside.

1-Swirl them, the raw will swirl, while the boiled will wobbel, as every thing in the boiled is single hard mass, while in the other case it is liquid so raw will swirl.
2-Look at them with a strong source of light behind them, the boiled will look opaque while in raw u can see some light pass by (transluscent) to very small extend.
3-shake the eggs close to ur ears, u may be able to make ou the diff, due o the liq movement.

Take both the eggs. Keep them vertical and spin them. The hard boiled egg will spin for longer.
REASON
in an unboiled egg, the particles inside will also spin. It will cause unstability and hence it stops spinning faster

u take both, make them rotate on floor, the one which rotates formoretime is the unboiled coz the yolk is there inside it and can shift to the periphery of the internal oval chamber, the radius being greater it is exerted upon greater centrfugal force leading to faster rotation n much time span of the rotation

try and spin it, if it hardly spins at all it's raw and if it spins a lot it's boiled.
