You go to a solicitor. There are plenty advertised in local papers and the Yellow Pages.

any good solicitor will do it and it wont cost much as long as you are old enough then no problem

Your local solicitars should be able to do it no problem, mine did and i think i paid about £60 and it was done within a few days.
