Funny just can be felt if you with someone that can make you laugh.

I've made people laugh hard enough that they've been unable to drive properly and nearly gotten in accidents, but that would be dangerous, not funny.
So, funny? No. Potentially lethal? Yes.

Yes.
Funny is its own wisdom. There's great wisdom in finding the humor in the everyday and sharing it with others. I try to be funny and wise...I often accomplish funny.
And if you're funny, you *know* it. It's not something somebody has to tell you. If somebody says, well, my mom thinks I'm funny...nope. Try again.
