It's a picture of an alligator and I'm from Nebraska im just wondering where this picture really is from because i dont believe its really from here

Alligators are naturally found about as far north as North Carolina.
Of course some nitwit could transport one to Nebraska and put it in a pond.
Last fall they found one in a pond here in Maine that someone had left

What about the alligators in the sewers of New York....

When people stop having exotic animals as pets, then I'll agree with you! Imagine the NYC landlord's surprise finding a full grown Bengal tiger in his tenant's apartment when he was rushed to the hospital and the landlord went in to the apartment! Oh, yeah, there WAS an ALLIGATOR in the bathtub - nearly full grown!

What picture?? I suppose it's possible some idiot released their pet there, it could never survive a Nebraska winter though.
