Do you mean terrorist?? If so then,
I think there is no way you can do to avoid them from becoming terrorist. Few people think educating them may help but then there are lots of people who are well educated and are in this business. Religion has become most common factor to lure people to do something which infact prove to be againt the mankind for and by which Religions have been created. moreover everyone is here to show his power, be it US or Bin Laden, nobody is ready to think in terms of welfare of all human-beings.
If someone has got an idea to stop them that would be great for all mankind on our earth.
