its an arterial system. well the first organ that gets irrigated with oxygenated blood its the heart itself by the coronary arteries.

Vitamin k i believe

And when blood does not clot i only know in spanish.( hemofilia)

The heart itself is the first organ to get oxygenated blood. There are a number of disorders that cause blood to not clot. Vitamin K is necc for clotting.
