No its nothing to be worried about, everybody is supposed to have a bladder cycle....not everyone forms a regular one, it seems you have without even knowing it, good on you.

Well, there can be several reasons - some of which are nothing to be concerned about.
First off - has your schedule changed during the day? Are you still doing the same routine or has your job changed? Stress can sometimes affect you or if you are more physically active during the day you can loose more water.
Are you drinking more at night before going to bed?
Anything else?
Are you feeling well?
My husband developed insulin-dependent diabetes at 44 years of age. He had symptoms like feeling like he had the flu, loosing weight (and he was NOT overweight to begin with), tired, sluggish, achy, and PEEING A LOT during the night when he used to never get up out of bed till morning.
You might want to get yourself tested. It is a simple prick on the finger and that is it.
There are so many variables involved. If you are feeling well otherwise, perhaps it is just a change in the weather or you are drinking more at night. If you are feeling somewhat off, then you need to get some checks done.
Take care!

Well, do you have a bedtime drink? If so you may be drinking too much before bed. If not...I'm not sure. Is it urgent that you need to get to the bathroom. Usually when I wake up I need to wee, it might just be that your body clock is waking you up early and you need to pee anyway.
