to those who wish to catch Feebas in pokemon emerald?this is how i did it!?

i told the'trendy saying' as ''invincible legend'' and i found it here,next to the weather insitute(pardon the spelling), cross the long bridge,then go down and surf,

its directly infront of me, not sure whether it will work for you all, but that's how i caught feebas

tha'ts nice and all, but even if i had the same saying, it will still be in a different spot than it was in yours, at least that's what the feebas guide says
