My husband has alot of stones that he buys and no settings to put them in. Dose anyone know a wholesale catalog that I can subscribe to or a web site that I could log onto to buy them? What I'm looking for are earrings, rings, necklaces and bracelets. I hope that someone can help me on this. Because we have a lot of faceted stones.

www.firemountaingems.com is the most comprehensive source you will probably find for jewelry findings and beads as well as stones. Their service is great....you can order by phone or on line and they ship FAST! They will also start sending you their enormous yearly catalog as well as smaller monthly catalogs with all their specials after your first order. Try them and you will be hooked!

The best place (and probably cheapest) is jewelrytelevision.com

They sell loose faceted gemstones and all kinds of settings to put them into. If you do not know the size/measurement of the stones you have, they even sell tools that you can purchase to measure them. Some of the mounts they sell are SO easy to use - some you just 'snap' the stone into them. They have silver & gold. They are on most cable stations, too, if you want to tune in sometimes. Very reputable company

If you aren't satisfied, you have 30 days to return. I have bought from them many times. What fun to have some loose stones to set! Good luck!

I have seen these in bead shops and lapidary supply stores (rock shops). If you are near a large city there should be a Jewelers supply store. I can only recommend the yellow pages or google. Jewelry findings can be difficult to find locally, they are here.

Try Michael's. They have jewelry findings. If you try the Internet enter "jewelry findings". Also try jewelry supply stores or go to a person who makes jewelry and ask where he gets his settings.
