Excretion is the "process of eliminating from an organism waste products of metabolism and other materials that are of no use. The difference seems to be that excretion refers to all sorts of things like exhalation (CO2) and sweating as well as defecation. Egestion is jsut about getting rid of "food". I hope this helps.

Left lung is larger.It has more alveoli.Heart is tilted to the right so right lung is smaller.
Excretion is removal of waste products mainly ammonia.
Egestion is intake of a substance does not have to be necessarily food.
