IE where to type and how to send. Thanks to all that have tried to answer this in the past maybe I had to be more detailed.

you arent aloud to chat in pay poker sites .. because .. you and a friend could sign up for the same table and have a big advantage to take all the money becuase you would know what each others would have

I don't think they want people talking to each other in Poker Rooms where they are playing for actual money. Too distracting.
If the poker room isn't supplying a way for you to send messages then it's probably because they don't want you to. Why don't you contact the particular casino and ask them?

I'm amazed that you have to ask. If you can work out Yahoo Answers, chat boxes should be a piece of cake.

i guess it depends on what site you're at...but in most there is a chat box that you type into...if you can't see you chat coming up, you might be sending your chat to other players but you don't have chat on if that makes sense...on some sites you have the option to view chat, a summary, all data, etc....you might have to check one of the drop menus in the lobby...this is coming from a person who has spent more than 100k hours playing online
