u are not a criminal till caught, but once caught, u are sure a criminal and this can spoil the relation of the girl with her husband, it might effect two families or may be three,(including Yours).
You call it a love and still want to spoil the girls married life, it just had to be infatuation, nothing more, now if it would have been true love, why will girl or you give in to the pressure of the families and she got married to someone else,
Stop all this here only and do not spoil the girls life, You have to get married and Begin your life but for her it has already begun.

What the Indian law says is the same as universal law, Get divorced and marry any donkey u want. when u are already married and still loves somebody it cannot be legal anywhere in the world except when u come from any spcefic tribe which encourage polygamy. Also no religion encourages to have relationship for both male or female when u are already married.

First of all u should keep away from the girl as she is already married. Second she no more loves u as she had accepted to marry other than u. Even after that u chase her, u should be beaten to death. that is the moral law.

So long as both are adult and are acting on free consent, i.e. not acting on coercion or bribery there is no crime/offence on the part of the boy. However this can be a ground for seeking divorce so far as the husband of the married woman concerned. In the case the love is one sided, then certainly it will be punishable for the boy for any of its outwardly expression, be it words or by action. under outrage of modesty.

Love does not find a definition or specific treatment in Indian Law. It recognises only marriages and physical relationships between individuals.Any physical relationship among two consenting Adults is generally considered as their own private affair and the state does not interfere in it. But if the woman is married and the man is not married to her he is guilty of committing an Act of Adultery. Please refer to the INDIAN PENAL CODE for the punishment in various circumstances in such cases.

To make love with a married Indian girl is a crime against her husband. He can lodge a complaint for eve-teasing, sexual harassment and even it can be a ground of divorce for adultery.

Read Exodus 20:17
Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ***, nor any thing that is thy neighbour's.

There is nothing new in this world [Ecl.3] Man has not changed.
