the new players in the indian team-r.p.singh,raina and many more will play extremely well in the fear that they'll lose their position from the team!!when a team keeps it's same players for a long time then the players bcum overconfident and often lose!!

Since cricket is a game of uncertainities, nothing can be presicted for usre. Though Australia is hot favourites to win World Cup 2007 according to present form, since the world cup is couple of months away nothing can be said at this stage as form of Australia can come don or go up and also form of other teams can go up by the time the world cup starts.

Apart from Australia, South Africa, Pakistan, India, Sri Lanka, England and even New Zeland are capable of winning the world cup. One can only say for sure is that the team which will play to their potential consistently during the world cup will emerge winners, which according to me is a fair assessment

there is no doubt that the australia will win the cricket world cup 2007. because they have 4/5 world's top batsmen like ponting, hayden,Gilchrist(fantastic wicketkeeper *** great hard hitting batsman),Simmonds (a fabulous all rounder, mainly a great batsman) supported by their world's best pace bowlers like lee, macgarth, symonds(slow medium), great spinner like warne, and finally supported by fantastic fielding. finally the match will be on a bouncy and fast carabian wicket where asian countries will find extreme difficulties to put up the fight. England, south africa, newzealand and west indies may put up a fight and shall not be able to sustain.

I can't believe everyone is saying the Aussies will win. They have got an average squad with no real special talent. Although I'm English I don't think we'll be very successful unless we are more consistent. South Africa have a good chance, but I think I'll back the underdogs Sri Lanka as I feel they have got the perfect all-round squad to dominate.
