no they aren't really brothers it was just for the show, undertakers name is mark callaway(i think), the original kane was Glenn Jacobs but I don't know about the other Kane.

No their not really brothers, the two were put together for storyline, Kane (Glen Jacobs) and Undertaker (Mark Callaway) are deffinatly not brothers

They are not really brothers. It's just part of the storyline. Kane's last name is Jacobs and Taker's is Callaway.

no, they are not brothers! taker is born in houston and kane in madrid! it was just a storyline!

I'm not that sure some sites they said they are real brothers and some site they said they are just for ratings.They might be half-brothers.

there half brothers,after they were both born then there parents meet.so its actually true bout taker buring there house dwn,who cares bout that bit there parents didnt die in that otherwise he could be done for mansaluter or murder
