Turkey, ham, sausage and cheese omelets. And the meats have to be precooked before they are put into the omelet or before the egg is mixed with them. Yummooo

yea, greek omlette is good, I like "Western" too, add a splash of club soda after your omlette hits the hot pan, the bubbles give it huge volume ;) try grilled pepperoni, and mozzerella cheese, the "Roni" cooks down giving it a wonderful flavor, serve on warm roll.
