We spend most nights in different rooms watching different TV. It would break her heart if we split up but she’s just not the one for me. What do I do?

bite the bullet n break away not easy i know but she probably hates the situation as much as you do. she must know that things arnt right between you, your denying yourself and her the chance of beind happy with someone else. good luck.

You have to be honest and tell the truth. The longer it goes on the harder, and more hurtful to her, it will be. You need to pluck up the courage now to tell her. Explain that she is a lovely person that many men will fancy, but that, for you, she is not the one and that it is not anyone's fault, it is just one of those things, that you have to let her go so that she, too, can find someone who is right for her and also it is not fair to her for you to stay feeling the way you do. Not easy I know, but the sooner you do it, the better it will be. Good luck and I hope it all goes well.

Break up with her! She WILL get over you, trust me! You're only making things worse by staying in the relationship, when you're not happy. Give her and yourself a chance to find true happiness with someone else. I think you are extremely selfish to keep leading her on as if everything is okay, and here you are on YAHOO in the middle of the night, talking about your problems instead of facing them and dealing with whatever comes with it!
Grow Up for both of your sakes!

Be honest. Just tell her the truth and no matter how she reacts, at least you are both not living a lie. Time heals like an antiseptic, if you don't put it on straight away you are asking for a whole world of hurt.

well,just tell her straight...you cant be with her for her happiness.whats imporatnt first is what you feel and whether you are happy!
i know it'll be hurting but then whats the point of a forced relationship,discuss this with her as soon as possible and part ways,maybe be away for sometime an dsee how you guys feel,get back if you think it'll work or else its better to move on!!good luck!!

Well, you cannot sacrifice your happiness and life for her. If she has any sense at all, she will know that things are not right between you two.
You must tell her. It may well be difficult for her in the beginning but sometimes you have to be cruel to be kind. And maybe she feels the same way too?

Tell her how you feel. Thats all you can do, and if you don't want to hurt her feelings, then you clearly still have feelings for her. I'd tell her, so she will know how you feel and then you will feel better because you wont have to keep up the lie anymore. Good luck.

If you are sure, tell her now and move on. If not, talk it out, try and recapture some of the romance in your relationship.
