the reason i ask is because we were kissing and messing about and he didnt have any condom with him and i was sitting down while he was fingering me then he press himself against me but we didnt have sex so i was wondering can u still get pregant if his penis didnt go inside me please help

The only way that you could have gotten pregnant was if he he ejaculated near, in or on your vagina. If he did that, then yes you could possibly get pregnant, if not, then no you can't.

No you won't fall pregnant. Please inform yourself about these things before you get too involved with a guy. And if you are planning to have sex, go to a family planning clinic (should be free) for advise, answers to all your questions and birth control measures (e.g. the Pill). Also, remember that the Pill or injection don't protect you against life-threatening sexually transmitted diseases such as AIDS, so do use a condom to protect yourself. Be a responsible woman. Nothing will probably come from the incident you described, however, whenever you are both exposed it is necessary to use some protection. Perhaps you carry a condom for such emergency use.

You really need to be more careful. I had a patient who was pregnant whilst still being technically Virgo Intacta. If your partner ejaculated over your external genitalia it is possible for a spermatozoon to make it to the ovum, They're persistent little cells.
It is, in fact, unlikely, but who wants to be the unlikely case?

Were you clothed or not? If you were not clothed and he ejaculated near your genital region - or had some sperm on his fingers etc. - it is POSSIBLE.
But highly unlikely.
If you are concerned, speak to NHS Direct or a friend or family member and get a pregnancy test.
