This term applies to men who feminize themselves to an extreme, short of castration or a sex change operation.
So, the man has female breasts from a "boob job", but he also keeps his male genitalia. He dresses and makes up like a woman.
Also known as a "Sissymale".
The term is not used to describe the reverse, when a woman dresses like a man, or if she somehow can acquire male genitalia.
