I would think that means that it is a real t-shirt just like the original. So it is an authentic duplicate.
I got a free authentic gem that was worth lots of money. It came to me in the mail. What it was.....was a zirconian diamond. An authentic copy of a diamond....worth all of $19.99 and was being passed off as being worth about $100. It was not a fraud, because it was authentic. That's a word that can make something seem valuable when it really isn't.

No - that need not necessarily mean that it is original. You need to check on the brand name that the tee is endorsing. Look carefully at the label and if you find that it has been fidgeted or if its a look-a-like then you'll know that it is not original.
Good luck !

It means that the team or association (Chicago Bulls or NBA) have licenced the manufacturer and are receiving the required licencing fee when he sells one.

No, it's not the original. It's just real, a real replica.
