Well, lets see...
INDIA:
1. Is the 7th largest country in the world;
2. Is the 2nd most populated country;
3. Is the largest democracy in the world;
4. Is the center of important trade routes and huge empires;
5. Is a democracy;
6. Has played a major role in founding some of the most influential religions in the world, namely Hinduism, Sikhism, Buddhism and Jainism;
7. Has one of the most diversed cultures, population, wildlife, geographic terrain and climate systems in the world;
8. Is generally more peaceful than Pakistan.
PAKISTAN:
1. Has entertained *extremist* Muslim views in the past and many supporters are still active within the country;
2. Previously supported the Taliban regime which is largely responsible for much of the terrorist acts against the west;
3. (Though changes have been made) appears somewhat overly aggressive and too quick to declare war against dissenters. (The country has the 7th largest armed forces in the world...);
4. Is not a democracy;
5. Is a declared nuclear weapons state;
6. Restricts free speech.
Based on all these facts, I'd definitely have to say that India is way better than Pakistan.

Patriotism clouds independent judgement. India is the country which taught the world the maxim "VASUDHAIVA KUTUMBAKAM" meaning that the whole world is one family. The citizens of Pakistan are also inheritors of the same heritage. The current irritations are a transient phase. In due time we will realise the folly of the partition and will unite for mutual benefit and Security against common Danger. Let us in the meantime work towards making our countries greater instead of unproductive comparisons.

I do not know which way you mean this, if you ask a Pakistani he will love his country as much as u and me love ours. In addition both countries have a lot in common in many ways after all before independence we were one country and would have continued to do so had the Brits not pulled the stupid stunt of partition (they have left muck everywhere they were in Asia and Africa).
Yes India is only better than Pakistan in one way, in that we have been a democratic country since independence and unfortunately for the people of Pakistan they have mostly been under dictatorship.

with none doubt, India. India has a extra perfect batting line than Pak. In Pak in elementary words 3 gamers who're sound in batting recommendations, Inzi, Younus and Yousuf. relax of the gamers conflict badly antagonistic to good attack. India's batting line includes Ganguly, Sachin, Dravid being subsidized through Yuvraj, Dhoni and likes of Robin. In bowling also, Pak heavily relies upon on Akhtar and Asif. India does no longer have bowlers like Asif and Akhtar yet all practice, they look extra perfect. Ofcourse in fielding Indians are extra perfect than Pak, even with the actuality that marginally.

India is better because there is no religion dictating day to day life. The religious extremeism is really a curse on any country. Otherwise with lesser population and more natural resources, Pak could have achieved a better living standards.

Yes:
India is,
Pakistan is not democratic like India - Pakistan is ruled by fundamentalist.
Therefore, we should keep fundamentalists (fundamental thinking people of any religion) away from our Govt. etc, as we need a democratic system of secularism to gain more on our way ahead...Let us hope for the best...
Best of Luck

Obviously India is better than pakisthan. We have a democratic rule whereas in pakisthan they have a dictatorship rule. The evidence that India is far better than pakisthan is than in 1947 when both our countries got seperated their economic status were equal. But now even though our country has more population to take care of we are far more superior than them in economic as well as technical aspects.
