Conan wins this one. He's just naturally funny and hilarious. His jokes step away from the norm; they're unexpected and will get even the most serious and closed-minded person smiling.
Leno is no where near Conan where comedy is concerned. He is obviously incredibly dependent on his writers. Yes, he can be funny once in a while, but his comedic attempts don't flow as well as Conan's. He's a cool guy nonetheless.
I can't really compare Conan with Letterman. They have completely different styles that seem to be appreciated by persons with contrasting personalities. Letterman seems to attract a much older audience than perhaps Conan would. Letterman's jokes tend to be more conventional and are a lot less 'liberal' or open-minded than Conan's. Conan is wild and crazy and extremely unpredictable. You can never tell what madness he'll come up with next. I love Conan so he wins this round also. Letterman's alright though.
Leno vs. Letterman. Though I like Letterman, I think I'll give Leno the one-up on this one.

I prefer Conan over Leno and Letterman. I think Conan is faster on his feet with funny and witty remarks and has more of a true comedian's mind. I also love his Walker Texas Ranger lever, Frankenstein Wastes a Minute of Your Time, and other so-stupid-it's-funny ideas. Between Leno and Letterman, I think they're both decent. I generally like Leno's standup better, but I like Letterman's interviewing abilities better and, of course, the Top 10 list. For me, Leno v. Letterman is a toss-up.

Conan is the overall best, love that little red hair man! But I like the prospect of Conan VS. Leno! They should combine and make the ultimate show except I love Conan just the way he iS!

Conan is so much funnier than Leno. I can't tell you about Letterman. I've never seen his show. Yes, NEVER.
