I don't think aliens exist, but if there were, who says they have to be from outter space. With all this water around us, and we haven't even covered it all. Deep sea exploration, that's the new frontier.

Alien life undoubted exists. Intelligent life probably exists some where.
Have they visited earth? I really, really, really doubt it.
Anyone who says they were abducted is either mental or lying. All the sightings are either natural phenomena or experimental aircraft. The distances are just too great and the level of technology needed is just way too ahead of us.
Why would they travel that distance to visit us?
We would be like ants.

Sure. Aliens may not explain the sightings and abductions (there are other alternative explanations). But the universe is a big place, and we Earthlings can only see a very, very small fraction of it. This means that while no one can prove that aliens exist, our knowledge of this universe is soo small that no one can prove they don't.

Yes. I've seen at least 3 flying "crafts" (not UFO's) very close up and very clear in my life. The 1st was as a kid with friends and then much later. We weren't drunk or doing drugs. We were 12-14 years old! Later 1 was in the early morning just after Sun up while I was on a sailboat in the Caribbean and we were having coffee and biscuits. The Captain saw it as it flew very slow overhead near us and stopped in mid air. It had 2 rows of "windows" of 4 panes each and did 3 cycles of light changes from red to green to white, it made no sound at all then zoomed away to ward Puerto Rico and disappeared in clouds. After that we just sat there in total silence looking at each other. My friend asked me if I saw it! We both just lol!! We talked about it and we knew it happened. The next day a funnel spout was spotted in the exact place where this flying thing was!! Weird!

Short answer:
Only the mentally ill, mentally retarded, mentally deficient and attention seeking morons claim to have seen or to have been abducted by UFOs.
Long answer:
Claiming space aliens have abducted humans presupposes too many things for which there is no proof:
1) That life on other worlds exists.
There is no evidence of non-Earth life. It's possible. Not proven.
2) That life on other worlds has evolved to the point of self-awareness.
Even if there is life, who says it's nothing more than single-celled or no more evolved than reptiles?
3) That self-aware life has learned to reason and think.
Only humans are self-aware. Not even primates and simians have the ability to understand life and death. They only understand survival. Such aliens may not even have complex methods of communication.
4) That thinking life has achieved space travel.
Who says that if aliens exist that they're smarter or more technilogically advanced than we are? That's wishful thinking.
5) That faster-than-light travel is possible.
Tachyons and energy only achieve light speed because they have no weight; living things cannot survive the acceleration. As well, there is no proof that worm holes exist, they are only theoretical.
6) That intelligent life on other worlds even knows that the Earth exists.
Humans have only discovered 200 planets around other stars, albeit most of them in the last five years. Even so, from this distance there is no certainty Earth-sized planets are capable of supporting life. There is no way to know if other life exists except to listen for radiowaves from space, and if we did hear any, at light speed the nearest Earht-sized planets would be centuries away. Those planets will not hear OUR planet for another 200-400 years, even IF intelligent life is there to hear it.
7) That intelligent life on other worlds is even bothered to come here.
Space travel without worm holes is prohibitive for time and resouces. If we can't do it, why would any other intelligent life, *if* it exists. Sending out radio waves and hoping others will hear it is the only means of interplanetary communication there will ever be.
8) That intelligent life choose to interfere rather than observe.
Except for idiots like Steve Irwin, humans have learned not to interfere with animals. We observe and record, and we don't stick our hands in and alter animal behaviour. If aliens are intelligent enough to think, to learn science, to achieve space travel AND to finally get here, WHY would they interfere and sexually probe our species?
9) That we are not first.
It is at best wishful thinking to assume that if there are two intelligent species capable of interplanetary travel that we were not first. What proof is there that intelligent life appeared on another planet before us? None. For all we know, it may turn out that our radio waves will reach a planet with intelligent life and we never hear back until after the last human being dies, or that intelligent life elsewhere won't appear until after we're gone and that there's no evidence of us.
Or, to play with along with the deluded fantasy of "intelligent life appeared elsewhere first", who's to say they aren't long gone and we'll never know that they were there? The universe is 13 billion years old; the Earth is roughly 5 billion years old; life didn't appear on Earth until 1.5 billion years ago; proto-humans came less than 500,000 years ago; thinking humans less than 200,000; human language and society, 6,000-10,000 years ago; enlightenment was 400 years ago; and the first radiowaves from Earth were first sent out barely 100 years ago. A five billion year alien civilization could have come and gone in that time, *including* one that could have been capable of reaching the Earth.
Only the mentally ill, mentally retarded, mentally deficient and attention seeking morons claim to have seen or to have been abducted by UFOs.

I agree... In fact, I have a few weird stories involving possible sightings/abductions in my extended family.
And you are right..
People would be da*m arrogant to think that we were the only "intelligent" life out there!!

Not only do I believe you, the below URL is a picture of a breeding pair taken in the late 1960's or early 70's.
They hang around Washington, DC and are trying to take over the US government to subjugate the world.

I think there are tons of stuff we don't know about our world or the universe.
It's very limiting for someone to say "there are no aliens".
Aliens may be so far advanced that we can't even see them. They could be standing right next to us and yet they've somehow shielded themselves from us.
Anything is possible and people shouldn't rule out the mysterious, strange, magical or fantastic.

You see there are approx. 10 power 11 galaxies in the universe ane each contains about 10 power 11 stars. so there are about 10 power 22 star systems. so what makes you think that our solar system is the lucky one of all the 10 power 22 solar systems to have life. so i believe that there must definitely be life outside our solar system who are prone to have developed far more than us. so their arrival in space crafts to earth is entirelly possible
