I write or type until I can't think straight and my hand goes numb... I usually have a lot to write about because I have a habit of waiting a few days for anger to build up and than I feel like exploding.

Well, since I don't get angry there's nothing to "take out" so ask so I was just wondering why all the angry questions? You haveing a bad day or something? Or is this how you take out your anger?

I'll take my anger out to lunch, then go for a walk,
come home and write some music for
it and see how anger responds to being calm
and appreciated in composition ....
Of course i do not get angry very often,
more sadness than anger, yet when
i do have anger i treat it with respect and not let it get the best
of me ......

depends on what anger i have. the anger that i had with the guy who took advantage of me is anger that i keep inside of me whereas the anger i have towards my family when they annoy me, frustrate me, pick on me, judge me, blame me and make accusations about me i show towards them through telling them off about it and soon after i get over it and am back to smiles and continuing on with my life. sometimes if i just cant face my family because i know they wont listen to me, i write down my thoughts and feelings onto a piece of paper and hide it from their view. this helps because i cry through this experience and crying until i finish writing helps to clear my head. sometimes when i cant seem to sit in the study room and write down my thoughts and feelings, i listen to music.

well i have this habit of botteling up my anger...
b4 once a month i use to get drunk.. and remove all my feelings out (it use to make me feel good !!)...

but now since ive stopped drinking... i dunno how i can show my anger.. usually i fight with my family to remove all my frustration.. but i am trying to avoid that too...

so this means... one day i will just BLAST .. and all my anger and other feelings will pop out like a lava from a volcano !!

Smoke.
Listen to music.
Read.
Write in my journals.
Study.
Do math (math calms me down)
Sleep
Cry
Watch movies.
Vent to my best friends.
Have a long, hot shower.
Drink coffee.
Figure out why i'm angry and then do something about it to make it go away.

i write a song, draw a pic, throw this really soft ball around my room, imagining the person i'm angry with bleeding to death, punching my pillow, banging doors, thinking of revenge, listening and singing [sometimes screaming] to music..... well, my life is pretty angry...
