if you could ignore a person so that they can't even see your questions/answers and you couldn't see theirs would you like that ?

Oh yeah, and I would ignore some of the answers that they give other people too. Some of there answers are completely stupid and out of context.

No I wouldn't.
I mean, if I do not like a question, or if I feel I have nothing to say, I simply don't bother to answer it.
On the other side, I ask questions as I want to see what people think about. I do not expect to agree with everyone, so even if I know in advance that a certain user will have a different opinion, I wouldn't want to exclude him.
In fact it's very interesting being given other views as what you believe doesn't mean that is always right...
