I’m more interested in Eugene Oregon but I’d like to know about other areas of Oregon as well.

Please tell me what the usual temperatures are, as well as how often it rains or snows.
Also, has it ever gotten to the mid 80’s, or even in the 90’s within the last 10 years?

One of my favorite things about living in Oregon is that it doesn't get too hot in the summers, or too cold in the winters. In Portland, we get maybe one week of snow a year. Some years we get none at all. As for the summer, we get maybe a week or two of temperatures over 90 degrees. We get 80's pretty often.

It rains a lot in the winter half of the year, but it's more of a steady mild drizzle than a downpour. I keep an umbrella in my car, but it really isn't necessary: I use it probably less than once a year. The summers are nice and sunny, and the best part of the summers is that there's no humidity!

I haven't lived in Eugene, but since it's south of Portland, it's probably a few degrees warmer on average.

You do get really hot summers and really cold winters in the eastern part of the state, but few people live there. The major population centers are in the I-5 corridor or on the coast.

You can find out from places like weather.com but generally, weather is mild year round. It's rainy from about mid-November until June with a few great weeks in January/February. Snow in Eugene and the Williamette Valley is usually only present for a couple of days and doesn't get but a couple inches deep. Closer to the coast but not in the mountains there is even less snow in a normal year. Temps run from 40's at night fall/spring to 65-70 days; 30's-50's winter (with some 70's days) and 60-90's at the hottest in summer. There are always a couple weeks throughout the year when it's either hotter, colder or wetter than what you would expect for that time of year.

Oh yea - and if it does get up to the 90's there isn't the humidity factor to make it sweltering - it's just skin baking warm and people usually love it for a couple days, then start looking for A/C for the next few until the weather cools again. It's been in the 90's in Eugene ever year for the past 10 for at least 3 days but I don't think for more than 8.

eugene's weather is much like you would find in most of the northwest, although it is usually little coooler in the summer.
the city gets about 50 inches of rain per year, mostly in the winter and ealy spring.
during the summer it is frequently in the 80's, rarely it will get triple digits.
it is usually in the 50's during the winter/early spring, the 60's and low 70's during late spring early summer, and 70 and above during most of the summer.
this is from personal experience as iv'e lived in all areas of the northwest my life.

In Klamath Falls, it gets to the mid 90's in August...snows every winter, and gets only about 15" of rain each year.
