I’m more interested in Eugene Oregon but I’d like to know about other areas as well.

Please tell me what the usual temperatures are as well as how often it rains or snows.
Also, has it ever gotten to the mid 80’s or even in the 90’s within the last 10 years?

You can find out from places like weather.com but generally, weather is mild year round. It's rainy from about mid-November until June with a few great weeks in January/February. Snow in Eugene and the Williamette Valley is usually only present for a couple of days and doesn't get but a couple inches deep. Closer to the coast but not in the mountains there is even less snow in a normal year. Temps run from 40's at night fall/spring to 65-70 days; 30's-50's winter (with some 70's days) and 60-90's at the hottest in summer. There are always a couple weeks throughout the year when it's either hotter, colder or wetter than what you would expect for that time of year.

Oh yea - and if it does get up to the 90's there isn't the humidity factor to make it sweltering - it's just skin baking warm and people usually love it for a couple days, then start looking for A/C for the next few until the weather cools again. It's been in the 90's in Eugene ever year for the past 10 for at least 3 days but I don't think for more than 8.
