No one will know that you are not a virgin anymore unless you tell them. Only you and the person that you had sex with will know.

They can't. A doctor can check to se if the hymen is broken, but even then they won't know for sure. Alot of girls break it themselfs with a tampon and don't know it. I did.

Well the visible your hymen is broken, Your partner could tell, and if you tell somone that's it. You don't walk differently after, you don't start speeking a different language it's just those three things.
