Not if you want to keep your job. If it doesn't work out, chances are you will lose your job or become so aggravated you'll quit. Chances are not in your favor at all if you do.
You are much better off, letting her want you, even though she will not get you. You'll be in the driver seat then. But don't be disrespectful and don't tease her back... that wouldn't be nice. Just play it cool and keep things in a business manner.
It's by far your best bet to keep your job and your sanity.

absolutely. give her the worst you can. so that she bows down to you even if it is insane. make her say that you're a saint and she's a B I T C H! slap her if you strongly think she is harrasing you and ask her to stop bothering you other than work. just a word of caution to you, maybe she is only joking with you. its up to your own discretion.
