Definitely. I would want someone to report it if it was my stuff being stolen, too.

Yes, and I have, and also tried to help the victim--it was a purse snatching in the parking lot, the guy grabbed her purse from her shopping cart and jumped in car that was creeping by as if to look for a parking spot. The woman jumped on the hood of the car and rode off on it down the street; I was following, but other bystanders were able to get the attention of a police car just driving by and they quickly apprehended the guys. Lucky for the girl she didn't get thrown off, but she wasn't going to lose her purse!

Someone reported a man trying to break into my car. The cops caught him in the act. I will never know who it was, but I am very greatful to that person. I would do the same, because of how I felt, and I know I would be helping someone out.

no.. i would catch the theif and blackmail him.. i wud tell him.. if he doesnt give me 50 % of the robbery.. i will complain to the cops
