What kind of GSM mobile phones also have the ability to let me listen or watch podcasts?

I watch podcasts in my phone (Nokia 6230i), but the podcasts have to be converted to 3gp file format using a program that came with the phone or downloadable from their website. The audio supports AAC format. I'm not sure about the price, but It's cheaper than the N Series phones.
