I'm on the freeway and some guy signals a lane change. That's cool. Thing is, he was WIDE open and good to go at any time. For whatever reason, he lets his signal blink 10 times before even attempting to make his move. Then over the course of his turtle-like lane change, his blinker has the time to blink maybe 10 more times. FINALLY, he gets into his lane and proceeds to let his signal blink another solid 10 times. Mind you I am the only one FOR MILES. Oh well, I guess I'm lucky that he even remembered to turn it off at all (which reminds me of another pet peeve but that's another story). I don't know, I'm a 3-4 blink kind of guy, 5 tops... you?

Well, it beats those dumb yard workers that always use the WRONG turn signal... And it beats those jerks that turn left right in front of you at a four way intersection without signalling.

Poor guy's probably fresh out of Driver's Education... or buzzed out of his mind on weed...

Why did you count how many times he was blinking? My first thought is that the guy has OCD and then I feel sorry for him.

It could be a fairly new driver. I'm rather empathetic about people who complain about slow/overly cautious drivers, because I know I'm in that category. Its hard to get used to how quickly we need to react on the road. I blame lack of video games. (joke)
