From a forensic science perspective, there are several things which can be unique to an individual. These include a person's hand writing, lip imprints, and ear imprints. Teeth are also considered to be unique, and there has been an entire forensic field built around idenfication of bite marks - forensic dentistry.
Beyond teeth, there is some research being done on biometrics. It related to the Bertilion system of identification, which was how prisioners were identified before fingerprints became popular. That system was determined to be invalid many years back, but the new biometric systems seem to be using similar data and acomplishing much more unique results.

My skeleton is unique to me and wouldn't fit you at all! My life is unique as no one has ever lived it before, My memories are unique as no one else has seen all the things I've seen.
Is this a question or a quiz? The shape of my skull? My bite or teeth?

Bot retinal scans (the pattern of blood vessels) and iris scans are used. Additionally, facial and voice scanning can be used and are claimed by some to be unique. Foot and hand prints are also used.

Also the way you walk is unique. FBI is studying a way to find people just by filming them, from satellites in some cases, and looking at the way the walk.

I too agree with the teeth, after all when a body cannot be physically be identified the police and coroners etc resort to dental records to identify the person.

Fingerprints aren't actually unique. About 30 other people on the planet have the same fingerprints as you.
