yes you can.The only roads you are not allowed on are Motorways with a provisional licence.
On Motorways you cannot if your Bike is under 50cc (most 50cc bikes are 49cc).

Yes you can but you must complete a CBT, compulsory bike training course. This can cost anywhere from between Â£65 and Â£100 depending where you do it.

Think you can drive up to a 125cc bike on provisional license....

you don't need a license for 50cc, only 250 and up
