No. People hate America and love Canada. They love Canada because the people are not arrogant, haughty, militaristic, and greedy (or people think they're not these things), while Americans are all of these things. Also, Canada welcomes visitors, whereas America treats its own citizens as scum. Also, Canada had up until recently more of a social conscience (medical insurance), whereas the American people rely on medical insurance from Smith and Wesson if they get sick.

Until recently Canada has been well-liked and respected, but sadly, our present prime minister, Mr. Harper, is playing the poodle to US government, and supporting US in atrocities, so we are losing our good name and sinking to US's level in global perception.
