You would have to go to a Dr. and he would write a Doctor's Order to have it counted in a hospital Lab. We don't have a sperm bank in our area. Maybe you do but you still might need a Doctor's Order. Call the hospital Lab. Check your phone book.

If he goes to see his primary care physician and asks for that to be tested, most insurance plans do cover that since it would be considered a possible health risk or reproductive issue.
