When your married you lose variety and this eventually is like eating the same cereal every day of your life. Eventually you get tired of it and want to spit it out!

It is very important but many people are in sexless marriages. And I believe that there are just as many deprived wives as husbands. Heed the jokes, the "myth" is actually true.

Sex for the average male is like breathing... he is going to die if he doesn't get it... so he thinks. He shouldn't get it at every whim but during his rut years a wife should be more tolerant do to this... however; a man doesn't have the right to force himself on her and she doesn't have a right to refuse... somewhere in there, there is a balance.
No marriage is perfect, money, sex it all takes a toll, but for a wife to hold back sex as a barter tool or punishment is wrong.
A man shouldn't shun responsibilities of helping around the house, shopping, dishes, diapers, laundry and a woman shouldn't be shy in bed to her husband.... that creates a bond that can pull a man through those tough times of whether to turn the car around or just keep driving away...

It's important because it is (or should be) one of the only truly unique components of your marriage relationship. You can laugh, cry, sing, play, and work with others. But this is resevered only for you and your spouse.
However, it's not the MOST important thing. Our culture tends to elevate sex to such a high position we actually believe it can make or break a marriage.

Dun you know that men has got 2 heads, and if you want to rule the big head, you just have to rule the small head, and its never difficult. Just be sexy, feel sexy and give it to him.
Women who feel thats its not important need to understand that the instance men lose that desire for sex, this man is gone! This is the strongest motivation for men to excel, to achieve greater things in life and if you want a high achiever man as a hubby, then you need to understand this law.
Even Napolean Hill feels that this is important enough to include it in his book "Think and Grow Rich". Read it and you will understand why there is this saying "Behind every Successful Man is a Fantastic Woman".

It is very important.... humans that are bonded together until death do us part need that intimate contact. At least if you want a stable and healthy marriage sex is a necessity. Otherwise, your partner might find it else where

sex is important, however not THE most important think. Fidelity, love, trust, confidence, all those things make up a good marrage. However a man/woman who gave up some good bootie wouldn't hurt eaither. I think those jokes are made up of men or women who are sexually deprived in their marrage and wish they got it on everyday like most normal people!!

guys just use that as an excuse to say they aren't getting enough me and my guy aren't even married and he's already complaining It's because you get used to each other and you get in a routine type sex and you both think that sense you already have each other there is no need to constantly be having sex. I don't know I think those guys just need to grow up.
