ohhhh WoW....did it soar! Well at least to a 7 year old it went forever up,whew,it seemed high,as if to touch the clouds,we put every amenity a hid out should have,a bucket of worms to keep the bully's from attacking....I mean who would dare to invade our Castle in the sky...well except for dad! He could climb like a spider.Any way he had those rare baseball cards an posters needed to be really cool,accepted by all as the thing to have up there,to make us all Kings in this neck of the woods.Yeah!

No, I never built a tree house the way you mean it, I assume with walls and roof...
My brother and I did have an open tree house in our big backyard tree that we could climb all over on different levels and branches and we kept things up there to play with and we thought we would be safe from dinosaurs...LOL...
We had places to sit and stand and walk and hang things and it always was wonderful in my imagination and now in my memory...
